Vestri Texture Collection

The Vestri Texture Collection came out of a frustrating ordeal: an unplanned and extensive bottom restoration on my boat, Vestri. While the old bottom paint was being scraped away, a surprising layer of marine growth was revealed beneath it. This discovery meant even more sanding and thousands of dollars added to the job. Overwhelmed by the situation, I stepped back and turned to photography. Those intricate, weathered textures of marine growth became the foundation of this collection, transforming a challenging moment into something creative.

These textures work extremely well when you want to add some grit and grunge for a more artistic image. Remember to change the blend mode to "soft light" and reduce the opacity to around 20% so the effect is not too overwhelming.
